One-North Eden is located at the junction of one-north Gateway and Slim Barracks Rise. The land parcel was released for sale by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) on 27 June 2019. Under the URA land use zoning, the one-north Gateway Government Land Sale (GLS) site will see a new residential development with commercial spaces at the first storey in future.
The 5,778.7 sq m site area with a maximum gross floor area of 14,447 sq m will potentially see approximately 165 residential units in One-North Eden.
With its strategic location at the one-north business park, the one-north Gateway GLS site attracted nine bids when the tender closed on 5 September 2019. In the fiercely competed land bidding exercise, the top offer was $155.7 million or $1,001 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr), lodged by TID Residential, a joint venture between Hong Leong Holdings and Mitsui Fudosan Co.
